How to request support
Send enough information to understand the issue.
When contacting support, please include the application name, your Windows version, the app version, the file format involved and a clear description of what happened.
For Norma, useful details include the container format, such as MP4, MKV or MOV, and whether the video uses H.264 or H.265 when known. For REC(over), include the damaged file format, the recording device or app when known, and whether the original file is an MP4 AVC/H.264 recording.
